Gross' Burgers - Danville

Visiting family in Illinois and came here for a bite as it used to be a good place. I ordered the American special. The American special cost me almost $17. I asked for ketchup mayo and mustard. My burger was plain. I was very disappointed the patties were so so dry and overcooked. Not the gross burgers I'm used to, I haven't lived in the area since 2018 though. This seems to have gone very downhill since I left. Next time I'm in town I will opt for another place. The fries were okay though.

Nice family spot and you can’t beat there prices. Marine owned, so nice military decor. Ton of fries with my order.

I 've lived in this area my entire life. I had my first Gross Burger 5 years ago......Been stopping in on my motorcycle rides for lunch ever since. The food is always good, hot, and reasonably priced. I recommend the Triple Pizza Burger! Good stuff!

Cook was to worry about the girl, prepping bun. It was very slow service on the food tonight.

Found out about the app and downloaded it. I was all excited to see there was a gluten free option for the bun. Ordered it and found out gluten free is no bun. Good laugh! There’s an option for no bun and gluten free. New app so maybe modify. Food still good as always and customer service great. Just had a good laugh.
