Feedback gevenWalked in through the unlocked front door, attempted to order at kiosk, a woman making food told me that the inside was closed and I couldn?t even place an order to go. Mind you there were people inside the restaurant eating. The drive through line was solong I would have waited entirely too long to be served.
I waited 10 mins at the counter to give my order but no one came to take my order. Then a lady told me that i should use the kiosk to order which I dont wanted to use because of the pandemic. They told me i will have to wait it i wanted to give theorder at the counter. This is so ridiculous. I walked out of the restaurant. Also this restaurant has combo prices higher ascompared to other taco bell outlets. I recently bought a combo 6 which was $11.50 in willimantic and at this location its 13.50$. The manager doesn?t want to help too. Very bad experience not coming here back ever again.
This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. One day they're open at 9:00 and the next day they're open at 12:00. I ordered 3 am crunchwraps and they had no potato in them and didn't tell me if first and still charged me full price. Today they saythey're not open until 12:00 due to maintenance. Every day it's something else. I can't tell you how many times I've hadproblems with this Taco Bell. Go to the one in Manchester or East Hartford.
I placed an order Saturday 10/8/22 around 6:30. I discovered an item missing when the food was brought home. I called the restaurant and the woman who answered who only identified herself as the manager, said the employee that prepared the order saidit was at the bottom of the bag. I explained I would not have called if the item was in fact in the bag. This manager proceededto yell at me, saying if I was going to continue being disrespectful she would hang up the phone. She however did offer toreplace the missing item,but by then she had already yelled at me. I told her no thank you and expressed I didn 't feelcomfortable with this exchange. In light of her very unprofessional attitude, I have emailed Taco Bell. As of today, I have notreceived a reply. We will not be ordering from this establishment any longer.
Worst taco bell ever. The staff were extremely rude and completely messed up my order. There were several items missing and wrong. The stole like 30$ from me. Tried to call and talk to a Manger, no answer.
