Cactus Club Cafe First Canadian Place

I've visited cactus club in Kelowna and Vancouver many times. I always felt I received good service, but felt value was severely lacking. The food was generally OK, but not amazing for the cost. This new Vernon location is outstanding!!! Service was stillepic, the atmosphere was awesome, (was a little dark and the music was a touch loud for conversation) but the food wasincredible! 4 of us ate for a reasonable price and everyone was full, and we had a take-away box! We will absolutely be back!

Went here for my birthday dinner tonight and had a great experience. Apparently they forgot to put our food order in so we were waiting for a while but they totally redeemed themselves with two free drinks each for my husband and I and well as a freedessert! They also gave us great service and the food was awesome. We will definitely be back! Would recommend for sure! Thanksfor the great night cactus club!!

My kale salad and lava cake was amazing but what stood out even more was the cheerful friendly staff. Everyone seems to have a warm smile and is happy to help. The blond girl who seated us had the most impeccable manners and warm demeanour I have cameacross in a very long time. What a treat she is. Waitress was lovely as well. Food was great and came out very fast. Prices arevery comparable to similar restaurants in town such as earls or browns. Definitely a new favourite for me. I also got takeout afew days ago and enjoyed that as well.

I just had an order delivered to my hotel. I was happy to see that they were still after working until 9:30. I had the creole fries and the spicy chicken. Both dishes were amazing, especially the spicy chicken. I'll be working out here for almost 2weeks. I'll definitely order again and recommend anyone that comes from my home city to try this place out.

The Cactus Club recently opened in Vernon so we decided to check it out. Customer service was top notch. They were booked solid with reservations but let us grab a quick drink and appetizer, which is why we were there. The cocktail was good (yes itspossible to get a bad one) and the appetizers were delicious. We will definitely be back... with a reservation. The restaurantis beautiful, warm and friendly. Highly recommend.
