Firehouse Subs Vero Beach

The subs are good. We just went for lunch and 3 sub combo cost $50 there was a worker there that was super friendly to my kids. The other lady we took our order from seemed very frustrated annoyed from the start. So it was a little uncomfortable and the vibe was way off. I'm not sure we will be going again. But I do enjoy the subs! Service: 2

They got my name and order wrong. Did not listen to a word i said. Asked for no peppers on my turkey bacon ranch, they just put turkey a bread no lettuce, tomatoes or nothing. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Service: Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Outside seating was so gross, doesn't look like it was cleaned in a least a year. Got coupons in the mail, they wouldn't take them. Bathroom has been out of order for at least a month. One star for all categories. I was only satisfied for the first person that greeted upon my entry. I waited in front of the wrong people that were talking to each other and they didn’t even think to tell me to order at the register first. I had the worst Philly cheese steak I ever had in my life. The “steak” looked and tasted as if it just came out of the fridge. A Philly cheese steak is usually from the grill served as a hot sub I wish I had a photo to share but I simple couldn’t even consume the other half of my medium sandwich. Hot subs are to be warm and toasted and it just felt like a place of filth and stains everywhere on tables around the floors, soda machine and the garbage can lids were filthy. All the tables and floors should be cleaned regularly to make the atmosphere hygienic. I will never return. My first experience here was so much better.
