Vescovo Moro - VERONA

After 15 perfect dinners in Paris and Sicily we were super disappointed by this restaurant on so many levels. For the first time in my life, I felt somehow as if I was considered the bad American. They were fairly dismissed and we had to ask for someone to help us choose a wine (especially useless). The food was absolutely mediocre compared to the restaurants we had eaten in Sicily (Modica, Noto, Tauromino), no knowledge of the wine list and the mere minimum of service. This is a really nice place. The waiter was nice, even though I don't really speak Italian. I had a pasta with pistachio crumbs, shrimp and a lime sauce. It was very good. My wife had beef and potatoes with a mustard mousse that tasted great. The place is clean, spacious, and well lit.

Came here for dinner and the service was absolutely fantastic. The host and waiter were so friendly and accommodating. Very good recommendations for food and wine. Great all round

Cibo e servizio sono eccellenti. Sia i camerieri che il proprietario (sommelier) sono gentili e cortesi. Altamente consigliato a chi si trova in zona San Zeno nella splendida Verona.
