Poor service.I made a pick up order and when I stepped into the store there wasn't a simple greeting.They didn't ask how can they help me but just ignore a person standing there.When I gave them my ordrr number there was also no reply.Nothing!There was no word from them during the whole process.They just keep quiet and wait for me to ask.

Tried their recommended signature drink. Not for me, threw it out. I mixed it with a straw, but maybe, I had to shake it vigorously? Felt like it was not mixed and some sips felt like I was drinking cold cream others like plain milk. I just see everyone liking it, but want to warn that if you are not a regular milk drinker. It won’t be for you. Try a fruit one instead maybe?

First time visiting Canada and I LOVE boba. Had to try this place out and this is the most CREATIVE boba place I've ever been to. You can see how fresh and warm the boba is when they stir it the moment you walk into the shop. I got the mango slush, and I'm glad I did because not only was the drink DELICIOUS, but it came with a really cute bunny jelly! The boba was so warm and chewy! This place is definitely in my top 3! I 100% am coming here the next time I'm in Victoria!

Usually love this place, but I had bought a slush with tapioca today. I was pretty disappointed as I couldn’t drink it because all the ice couldn’t fit through the straw.
