Bogavante - Vigo

Yes it was touristy and I really didn't want to sit inside but glad we did. It was quiet and the service spot on. We had the lobster rice and ate it all!

We found this restaurant by TA. It’s very good at seafood as described in much of the ratings before. The waiter Mikel explained all dishes to us and made a perfect job to have an unforgettable evening at Vigo! We tried fish, octopus, seashells in different variations. All was very good and to the point. The wine recommendation of Mikel hit our taste too! Never miss to go there and don’t be confused by the restaurant having similar names nearby. This restaurant is perfect . One recommendation, don’t forget a warm pullover to bring with you at evening. The wind may be very fresh in this street and sun is away early.

Slightly more expensive, €1 or €2, than another place we ate at on the same street but the food was still excellent. Started off with tasty caldo gallego and a mixed salad. Had the exact same two fishes as the other restaurant. I liked the merluza better here and the rape better there at the other restaurant. Service was quite good.

Una arroz con bogavante exquisito! Totalmente recomendable y un trato buenísimo!
