Check food availability when you place your order, you can wait for hours!!! We literally waited almost 2 hours for 24 wings!! This was our 2nd unsatisfactory trip here. We had already decided that the pizza was not good so we have them a shot with wings...

Wasn't the best, coming from Long Island and experiencing their pizza, Fox's is alright but almost like Pizza Hut or dominos, they don't have exactly real pizza. But it is still alright.

The only reason they are getting two stars is some of the food is decent. This place is a joke. I have been in Alfred 1 month for work and been here maybe 6-8 times. Every. Single. Time. They screw up. Either my order is wrong, they forget about it (not kidding) and don't remember until 20 minutes later when I ask where it is... Or as they famously did one time, actually give my order to someone else. Their system behind the counter is very unorganized and while this would be the perfect place for students to work, there is not the supervision, structure or management to set them up to succeed. I will not go back there anymore nor recommend it. Little Sicily's down the street is just as good (has way better wings) and you don't have to put up with half of the bs. Would be a pretty good and convenient place if they just had their **** together. I've never experienced anything like this in my life.
