Chronically understaffed resulting in some of the slowest service I’ve ever experienced at a McDonalds.

Someone not in uniform walking back and forth through the workers while trying to make food. Elder lady was giving my coworker a refund on his coffee because the machines was not working and she was slamming the keys around saying “f-ing register , stupid job” she gave him less money than he paid for the coffee when getting the refund. Terrible customer service. My food was all over the package and cold.

Were very few other customers inside or at the drive thru. Waited forever to be be waited on. Have been here before and it's always the same. Inside service is terrible.

How anyone is rating this above 2 stars blows my mind. Time and time again they will mess up orders. Forget to put things in bags. Put wrong ingredients on your sandwich. And if it is given to you correctly the food will be lukewarm. The staff and management obviously don’t care because these issues happen on the regular. I read a review that said ever since the remodel this place has been disappointing. I couldn’t agree more. This McDonald’s used to be somewhat exciting and almost felt like a destination. Now it’s a place to avoid.
