Mcdonald's - Village of Herkimer

Most tables were clean. Service is really good during lunch time. Never an issue.

I'm only posting 5 stars because of Jacob W general Manager there. We were missing food from our delivery order and he personally brought it to us! Huge shout out to him, man needs a raise! Customer service was on point. He didn't have us come get it or redoordash it to us. He personally offered to do it out of the kindness of his heart.

Open 24 hours? Nope. Was there at 5am, nobody there. Get your hours straight...f ronald.

Never gets the order right, the drive thru windows don't always work, service is poor

The food is fine, but every time I go into this McDonald's, they practically ignore the front counter. If you need help with something, you can stand directly at the counter and the staff will walk past and not even acknowledge you over and over until you get their attention yourself. It also takes them forever to just make a drink at front counter. So, if you go here, I recommend the drive thru, they seem to actually pay attention to those customers.
