Feedback gevenI have ordered probably 15 times at this location this year. But no more. I am not much of a complainer but this location is so poorly managed I don’t have the patience to deal with them anymore. Every time I call I am on hold for a minimum of 3 minutes. My food is never ready at the designated time and there are often other frustrated customers in the store waiting for their food too. It’s not like it’s a cheap pizzeria so it’s to find somewhere else.
Terrible customer service. the male on the phone was rude and could basically have cared less about me as a customer. My pizza was burnt and not cut and after calling and complaining I was told they'd give me a credit for a free pizza. one week later when I called to order the pizza I was told would be complimentary, I was told they had no record of it. after searching through my email for the order number, the guy said the best they could do was 15% off. Do better
I order from salvatores frequently. This location lacks in customer services . I have stood there for over 5 minutes and still not been greeted the last 2xs I have gone there. They just look at you and keep doing what they are doing. (Not with a customer) would be nice to be acknowledged , just a simple we will be with you shorty would be nice. Do not order from the one on West Ridge Rd. $33 waited an hour and half for delivery pizza cold, fish over cooked and dried out!!! Called and they only offer 10% off next order. Terrible food and service!!! Shame on them. Contacting better business bureau.
