Boulangerie Patisserie Vermeulen

Friends had told us to find this little place for sandwiches. Admittedly we got lost on our way, but once we found it, it was like finding a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. So many delicious choices for sandwiches, I simply cannot list them all. There are vegetarian and vegan choices as well, so most people will be able to find something they like. The pastries and desserts are also plentiful and delicious. We will be going back!

This is an amazing Boulangerie with a fantastic selection of cakes and breads. It’s incredibly cheap.

Great little bakers in the heart of VILLEFRANCHE SUR MER. staff very friendly and patient when choosing a delicious fresh cake. Wide range of cakes from fully loaded with fresh fruit to your traditional donut. The bread was still fresh the next day, with a loaf for all tastes from plain to date and olive. The prices certainly do not reflect the south of France, they are the same as any old bakers. Very well recommended delight.

Artfully deisnged and delicious pastries as expected in a French bakery. Fun beauties for kids in shapes of animals, yummy fruit tartes, croissants, and lots of meringue. Locals hangout and kids go here after school. Occasionaly some items sit on shelf too long - so find out day of baking to get the freshest items.
