When we came in, the place smells terrible. how the bathroom was not cleaned in days. the cashier was rude when he took our order. do not try to roll their eyes when someone asks what sauces they have! Our 3 meals came to $40 and we didn't even get drunk. I wouldn't mind paying so much if that was decent, but it wasn't. we tried to throw away our mum before we go, but there wasn't even a mumbag. it was one of the worst day experiences I had for a long time. never again.
My eating was still nice and warm and punctual as planned, and the supplier was very pleasant and beautifully dressed.
This place used to be amazing and consistent. I love Boston Market and sometimes go every week especially for specials. Ive had a few chickens that were not cooked thoroughly. Done but barely done and not tender. Many times the redskins are hard as in not cooked. Dont serve them if they are not ready!! The service is so slow lately its an ordeal just to get an order and not wait forever even when online. I go to pick up and they dont answer the phone to carry out so I end up in line which is usually another 10-15 minutes if there is more than 2 cars. Maybe they are short staffed. I dont know. Frustrating. I will say my order has never been wrong. Im sick of places service lately. Its just been bad.
Fast service bad product, get 1/4 dark, tried to call location no answer twice. that was the most dry huh I ever had on a Boston market, I will not return to this place. vegetarian options: no available
I should have trusted my gut and not eaten here. The meatloaf tasted like dog food and the mac and cheese was overcooked and bland. The service was poor and everything seemed old and reheated.
