Update: 9/20/23Cecelia is was awesome , she has a great attitude and moves gracefully.Most importantly she was asking patrons if they were dining in and adjusted food plates accordingly ??8/11/23 To the manager Your staff isn't asking if patrons are dining in or to go . I see so much plastic waste that could be avoided ?Also the Shugg vinaigrette and the chicken was mad salty on 8/11/23 PM

The customer service here was excellent. Cecilia built my bowl and Sam took my order and throughout the whole thing they helped me build exactly the bowl I wanted. Cava should be proud to have

Extremely disappointed with the portion size of my last delivery order. It was noticeably smaller than what is given when you order in store, and a large reason why I hate ordering from this place online. Food needs to be consistent all across the board. We pay extra on top of extra for the delivery. Don’t skip out on what your customers are paying for.

Really like the food. This location doesn't use the online order pickup sections. You just go to counter and ask, they fetch it from the back.I ended up waiting for them to bring to on the shelf but it's not like NYC.Vegetarian options: You can custom build or pick one of the chefs choice option that was vegetarian

The food is really good. But today on 9/12/23 around 6ish they were really skimpping out on the food. A bowl is 20 dollars and it seemed like people serving today were only giving 10 pieces of salad, a small scoop of rice, a spoon full of meat etc. The lady next to me had to ask if she could get a little more rice. Also instead of asking if certain things were okay to put in the bowl they would look at this card and go to town. I had to have the young lady redo my bowl because the sauce she put in it wasn’t the one I wanted. Whenever I would ask if she could put extra of something, It was kind of hard to get her attention. Once my bowl was remade they ended up using the incorrect salad and didn’t even bother to ask me what I had in it, before taking it.
