Charcoal Chicken Pollo A La Brasa

My fiancé and I recently dined at this restaurant and we were blown away by the delicious food! We decided to try the aroz con pollo (c4 on the menu) to go, and it was so amazing that I found myself wishing I had ordered my own plate instead of sharing. The chicken was incredibly tender and juicy, packed with flavor. The tomato and avocado salad was also delicious, with a great taste that complemented the rice perfectly. The service was excellent, with a helpful woman at the front assisting us with our order. This restaurant has quickly become one of our new favorites!

I ordered the 1/4 chicken with fried yuca and sweet plantains. It was absolutely delicious! The food was served quickly and the chicken was moist and flavorful. The yuca was tasty on its own and even better with the green sauce. The sweet plantains were fantastic. The prices were reasonable and I found them to be affordable. I will definitely be returning soon!

The chicken tacos and beef stir fry were delicious! The chef was very helpful in guiding us through the menu. Yum!

First I want to say it has a very nice and comfortable atmosphere. very clean. sweet decoration. there were two other customers when we arrived. I ordered the pollensalzado with fried rice and the thun-saltada with fried rice and a side of fried yuka. After we ordered, I was asked to give a five star rating before we left the building. we haven't got our food yet. when we waited, he reminded me several times to give the 5-star rating. that was waiting pretty fast. I had the chicken court. the hunch was very good, warm and juicy. but I felt that the rest of the plate was very bland. I expected more taste and some peruvian flavor. but unfortunately nothing special. my cucumber has the thunfish dish. he was very dissatisfied with the lack of thunfish. it was just a few small pieces thunfisch and a huge help of the rice. he said the taste was pretty good, just not enough meat. overall is our true experience without being the best. not sure when or when we are back. eating was just fine, nothing special to bring us back.

Easily the best chicken I’ve ever had in my life. Excellent delicious food options and friendly staff. This place is a must try. I will definitely be returning in the very near future.
