Had kept in mind, but when we were there, they had closed the section. the games were okay when machines worked.

Reserved a table for Christmas Day and when we drove an hour there they were closed!!!!!

I had made a reservation for 8 for my son’s birthday for 6:00 on a Wednesday. We arrived on time and were told to proceed to the host stand for our reservation. We were not greeted and I had to flag someone down. I told her we had a reservation for 8 and she said she couldn’t seat us. Again, I told her we had a reservation and she said once the whole party got there, then she could seat us. So, we were standing with our arms full and there were lots of empty tables. There were only about 4 tables taken in that whole section. She then came back and said that she and another worker were the only ones in that section and we should look around the bar for a big table because it would be a while until we could be seated. We went around the bar and luckily found a booth big enough, but had to ask someone who was our server after ten minutes. Although, overall it turned out great for my family and my son, I think if you have a reservation, then it should be honored. It made me very anxious and stressed as we were having other family meeting us. Please review your policies with reservations. I understand that they may have been understaffed, but the server that spoke with us initially, did not apologize or seem to care that were were not accommodated especially with our hands full. Thank you.

Came out to celebrate my brothers birthday. Dine in experience wasn’t that great.. made a reservation but no one was available to seat us so we had to just pick a place to sit and then a particular server did not want to wait on my family and I so he put it off onto another server claiming he was too busy. The other server had no knowledge she was even volunteered to wait on my family and I so we were sitting there for about 30 min before anyone came to the table.

It was my sons birthday and they treated our entire party wonderfully and accommodated us extremely well even though it was last min.
