Vino Italian Bistro - Virginia Beach

Not satisfied overall was eating not necessarily top notch and waitress was not good at all. there are other Italian places that I prefer to go to get a around 5 star experience within 10 minutes from this place. I want to take a second to make a cry out to the newer waitress that was while I was there, I think her name was shannon. she had to get in on my table and pick up for the **** my waitress had left. that was the only and bright spot and it is safe to say that I will not return to vino.

Well, it started slow. We were seated and told who our server would be but not greeted or got water until after they noticed I was annoyed that a party that was seated several minutes after were getting water. Our server was friendly enough but should've been more informative about what she was doing, a better experience. The main dish was good, my grandson enjoyed the tiramisu. I had cheesecake, not a fan. I don't know that I'd try that particular location of Vino.

INCREDIBLY upset with my visit. Came here for lunch with my parents and sister to celebrate my birthday. Service was terribly slow despite there only being two tables in the restaurant. Our food quality was very disappointing. My lasagna was doused in sauce and nearly inedible. My sister's salmon was burnt and the kitchen ignored her requests for no tomatoes or mushrooms. The only good part of the meal was my glass of wine. I will never return, Olive Garden is far less disappointing than this.

I had high hopes for this restaurant but left disappointed. It took twenty minutes to get our drink orders and the server didn’t introduce us to the menu or offer a dessert menu at the end of the meal. The pizza was okay but didn’t have much flavor and the veal parmesan was tough and rubbery. I liked the atmosphere, but the food and service weren’t up to snuff. I may give them the benefit of the doubt and try again in a few months since it’s so close to my house.

Love finding restaurants in the neighborhood. The atmosphere is nice. Services was great. Very well dressed and professional. It is an upscale vibe without having to get dressed up being I had on a hoodie and sneakers. The food match the environment. Everything was really good.
