Bäckerei Brunner - Vohenstrauß

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Service und auch die Auswahl ist super.

Brunner halt. Industriebäcker sind sowieso alle gleich. Die meisten Sachen muss man frisch essen. Die Brötchen schmecken wie Pappe, wenn sie eine Weile liegen. Aber das Singlebrot ist gut. Das Personal ist immer nett. Im Notfall okay, ansonsten lieber selbst backen oder einen echten Bäcker besuchen.

I like going to this branch! The staff is always friendly and there is enough choice. At times you are even lucky and things are still warm. You have the best ham cheese pretzels!!! Visually everything looked good here. Nice service. I had a craving for cake. 1 piece of prattle cake and an apple turnover were the cheapest in the range at €2.10 each. A lot of things are overly expensive. Now the family business advertises craftsmanship and quality. So much for advertising. The patter cake was fresh, but unfortunately I only tasted sugar. I know the cake with a butter flavor. Unfortunately none. The apple turnover should actually taste like apple. It was just beautifully inflated. An indefinable, wafer-thin filling tasted nothing like apple. I was surprised that the thing was so light. For me, this is pure customer fraud. If I do that, for example Compare with Kamps in North Rhine-Westphalia or Aldi, then there are pieces of apple in them and they easily weigh 3 times as much. I can only hope that the market will sort it out. In any case, I steer clear of such bakeries.

If I want to be ignored by unhappy staff, this is where I would go. Service non-existent, so bad that the food won't taste good anymore.
