The food took so long to arrive that it was unacceptable.

However, since it was late, if I hadn't followed up on the order, it wouldn't have arrived.

The service was not good, as it took 1 hour and 15 minutes.

But it was late and if I disnt followup the order would not arrived

They made a mistake with the sugar level

4* and not 5* because in some branches you get so terrible service that makes you regret that you came, like the branch in SM clark for example, where...

I love mark n spencer...sence 2011..fashion is very unique...
