Mi Jalisco Grill - Waco

Fantastic service and outstanding food! I'm usually cautious about finding truly authentic Mexican cuisine outside of Houston, but Jalisco exceeded my expectations. The lemonade and aguas frescas were spot on and absolutely delicious.

I just want to share my wonderful experience at this restaurant. The staff was incredibly friendly, the cook did an amazing job, and the food was absolutely delicious! My wife and I went there for breakfast. She ordered one taco with potato and cheese and another with chorizo and cheese. I opted for the sausage plate served with a side of bacon. My wife absolutely loved the chorizo taco, but both were fantastic. When you order, the eggs are mixed with the meat, so you get a blend of egg with sausage, egg with bacon, or egg with chorizo. I kept that in mind since I had a side of sausage and bacon with my eggs as well. The plate came with two flour or corn tortillas and fried beans. Although I’m not usually a fan of beans, these were among the best I’ve ever tasted. We had such a great experience that we tipped the server $15 and gave the cook an additional $10, making for a total tip of $25 for breakfast—that’s how good it was! They will soon be changing their name and hours, but the same staff and cook will still be there. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!

This was my first time dining here, and I found the fried chimichanga to be really delicious. The service was also excellent. Thank you!

I love Mi Jalisco. Since they've been 'of the Beverly Hills South Waco fighters who rarely rule, against those who 've done if they have something as Worthy as the people in Mi Jalisco! If I had a part in their advertising or development, I would promote their hook phrasing: Mi Jalisco Not your (ready) Jalisco! . Jus Sayin. What I almost always do by the innate, intelligent people there in Jalisco is bean, a cheese soft flour tacos for 3 for $3. Or Huge Rotisserie Chicken with Cheese Burrito for Lil more, but whole lotta worth it. Jus Sayin, again. Gnome Sayin? All right, Jaliscoer's (there's one for you at the consultation). Maybe as a payment I could get the hook on my fav tacos. There's the cool guy, Dave! Hurry, get his tacos ready! Jus Sayin.

Best place if you want a TEX-MEX food! Food is always great!
