I loved the aesthetic and it seems like a nice place to hangout a while, but we were in a grab-and-go situation. The latte was way smallerthan normal for the price point. While the coffee was quality and it had a nice vibe, I think I?ll try somewhere new next timewe drive through town.
One of the best cups of coffee I've had. Very good! I was kind of shocked that it ended up being 4.50 for it, but I opted for the more expensive one, and bottomless. Considering I was there a couple hours and got three cups, definitely worth it! I tookoff one star because at one point trying to sit by a plug, I ended up on the alcohol side. An employee was basically yellingwith somebody else at full volume, as normal conversation, while me and others were trying to work. One customer just left, andI got the impression they went somewhere with no yelling. Great place though, I'd go back for sure!
Was looking for a coffee shop with good Wi-Fi, a space to work remotely, and good specialty coffee. Pinewood Coffee checked all three. ?
Super neat and cool place. Great coffee, merchandise and atmosphere. However, the staff wasn?t the friendliest. I?ve worked in specialty coffee for many years and know the lingo but my mom isn?t as knowledgeable and due to that the barista seemed to getannoyed and gave off an attitude. Maybe coffee culture in Texas is different than South Carolina but I was expecting a higherstandard of customer service and humility.
Our drinks were so delicious in the morning that we had to come back in the evening for more. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable too.
