Gloria Jean's Coffees - Wagga Wagga

I frequently visit this restaurant for coffee since I live nearby. The staff is very friendly and always remember my name and order. My favorite coffee is an iced caramel cold brew with no milk, a unique choice but always delicious! I have brought my family here for lunch several times and we always enjoy the food. One underrated aspect is the delicious bread. I personally enjoy the meatball rolls, while my mom often orders vegetarian meals and loves the falafel rolls as well.

I stopped by for a coffee and something to eat. The floor behind the counter was covered in trash. The staff seemed unaware of the mess. I watched as an elderly man, who appeared to be in pajamas, wiped all the tables with a dirty cloth. There were no cleaning products or water in sight. The food did not seem to be made fresh to order, and I couldn't help but wonder if they served leftovers to customers. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I will not be returning.

Good service also at the end of the day. we had everything we needed and spared ourselves on the way out.

Whenever we are in wagga I make it a point to come to this gloria jeans for a coffee. the service is always friendly and genuine and the coffee is great, especially now they serve single original coffee. worth a visit.
