Maui Chef's Table By The Mill House

This was a fantastic culinary experience at the tropical plantation on maui. the waiters/servers/kitchen were all very nice and eating was fantastic. we were about 8 courses served and we were all pretty messed up. it is all locally produced/proteins and we liked every single cure. they sit together on a table for 6, so if their dinner companions suck it could be a very long 2.5 hours. but we immediately kicked it off with our tablemates. I think they can save when they pre-book early, so I highly recommend to do that instead of paying the full price. their dinner ticket includes drinking money, so the only extra cost is to worry if they drink alcohol. we have eaten in Michelin-star restaurants all over the world and measured this up to them.

Great company and even better food. The chefs were fun and interactive and the food was excellent. If you are someone who likes to experiment and explore food I would recommend this. They do not accommodate allergies though so be warned.

An absolute “MUST,” when visiting Maui! -Beyond PERFECT in every way.-The menu absolutely delicious and incredible was the first time being served, and Chef Taylor and his team hit a “Grand Slam!” The food was an exquisite combination of uniqueness and phenomenal flavor. From the moment we arrived, EACH member of the staff was friendly, professional, helpful and greeted us with a sincere warmth of appreciation that we were dining with them! The communal dining topped off an unforgettable evening sharing amazing food and drink! I have “new friends!” Rarely do I post reviews, however this dining experience is one that all should experience, and will certainly be one of my special Maui memories! Thank You

We did the tasting menu with wine pairings and were very impressed! It was a great way to learn about the local food and how it was sourced locally. Each dish was created by a different chef that were there that evening and each course was unique. Very knowledgeable sommelier who explained each wine with each course. I would highly recommend this experience for anyone who has a love for food and is visiting Maui!

Very nice atmosphere, good chefs, healthy fresh ingredients. Every dish was perfect, taste like heaven. Me and my husband loved it even though it's a bit pricey. Everyone should try it!
