Panera Bread - Wake Forest

This Wake Forest location is quite convenient. Orders are typically prepared quickly. The food is good, but the drink options are just average. I'm not a big fan of the various flavors of tea and lemonade they provide.

My fiancé and I had a great time here. The food was delicious.

Speaking from the perspective of a DoorDasher rather than a customer, I want to highlight the exceptional service I receive from the employees here. They are consistently very friendly and go out of their way to make my job easier. I've never had to wait more than about five minutes for an order, if I have to wait at all, and it's always packed and sealed neatly. Thank you all for your hard work—please keep it up!

The wait time for a bagel with egg, cheese, and sausage shouldn’t be 18 minutes. It’s consistently slow here. At times, they even inform us that it can take 20 to 30 minutes for our food. Right now, the restaurant is only a quarter full, so that's not an excuse.

This Panera location doesn't measure up to the others I've visited. The atmosphere feels quite dull compared to the other shops. In a pinch, it might work, but I’d recommend avoiding it if you can. Update (2022): I went there for breakfast today, and both my friend and I ordered the bacon, egg, and cheese on ciabatta. We barely received even half a piece of bacon, let alone one or two strips. It was really disappointing. I initially went because my daughter wanted to try a new drink, but I won't be coming back again.
