Jake And Chet's Cafe - Wakeeney

Found this place by chance when we had to stop on a road to gas. We weren't sure, but we couldn't eat quickly. Best decision! The food was phenom!! Sandwiches, very tasty, salad bar good with very fresh varieties of everything you could think and the best rib soup was from this world. And to make it from the service was great and entertaining. You shouldn't eat here!!

Excluded for breakfast, good food, friendly staff, fast service and all, staff and locals were very honest and friendly. It spent our time there. Would eat here again when the chance comes back.

Spent the night in Wakeeney on 9/22/15 and was looking for a place to eat except fast food and stuffed in Jake and Chet's Cafe and it was the best chicken roasted steak and potatoes ever! They also have a small salad bar that was wonderfully simply fresh and not complicated. they also had Dorothy Lynch Salad Dressing!!! Good homemade food!

Had dinner there. It was very good. Had a nice salad bar and buffet.

Excellent home cooked meals! I've enjoyed both the buffet &breakfast. Very friendly staff!
