Arby's - Walterhill

The guy working the counter was extremely helpful. Anticipating my families need ahead of time. Very clean store

I've never had any actual issues here. Which is amazing!

Good food. The staff was pleasant and attentive. Very little wait. The condiment dispenser was broken. Overall a decent place to eat and a nice change from other options in the area. I was surprised it was not busier considering the quality.

I like Arby's. The food is very nostalgic to me and since there aren't many sandwich shops outside of subway in my town, being able to get a sandwich on the go is nice. But their staff isn't great. Hasnt been for a while. They're slow, the tone of voice at the drive through often sounds like I'm inconveniencing them for ordering at that particular location. If they tighten up that staff and I'd be happy to update this score but until then....
