Had ordered 16 piece meal last night ended up getting 8 small pieces of chicken that we're soggy and cold had several add ONS that were missing called to complain and got hung up on paid over 100 dollars worse experience ever

Had never been to KFC in Jackson before. Went about 5:30 pm ordered a 16 piece and 4 sides for my family. Service was impeccable. 5 minutes from ordering to food in hand. Chicken was excellent. Hot, fresh, crispy and juicy. Definitely going back!

Always good. But the girl at drive thru had to take orders, get drinks greet customer at window an assist with their order while takin payment and takin new order over headset..she was awesome..

My wife is crazy about thoes pot pies! Or maye a real man who barely makes enough to cover child support lol

KFC has the best chicken ever! That spicy chicken will make you lose your mind. Stop Bye!
