Elmer's (springfield, Or) - Walterville

Sat for 20min before we ever saw a server. Finally a server from another section came over and took our drink order. The entire experience entailed long waits with poor service. I understand lots of places are having issues hiring staff, but we sat there while a manager and hostess discussed their next 2 week schedule for 30min while waited to order.

Excellent service, we were seated right away. We had left IHOP because of the long wait and decided to try this place. My kids were very happy with the kids menu options and they were very well priced. Restaurant was very clean, had a normal breakfast place vibe and the staff was on it for service. We will probably be switching to this Restaurant for our breakfast go to place!

Have to say it was first time eating at an Elmer's this one was located in Eugene, Oregon, plain and simple the service was great and my breakfast was delicious. I tried the potato pancakes on a recommendation and glad I did. Good portion and my coffee cup never got cold because it kept getting refilled. I'll be back when my wife and I are up that way.

It was my first time there and a Great place to eat. The staff was very friendly and our waitress was great. Wonderful fish and chips.

Great little place to eat some tasty comfort foods! Service fantastic, staff is very friendly and accommodating. The biscuits and gravy tastes just like my grandma's. 11/10 would eat again!
