Jack In The Box - Walterville

Manager is rude and a liar. What is the point of opening this store if they have no food? They aren 't allowed to post anything to tell people before they get stuck in the drive thru lane. No tomatoes or lettuce... that 's half the menu! Manager was beyond rude and clearly can 't get employment anywhere else or he would write his name on his tag legibly and not like a first grader.

They dont answer the phone and i hate that jack has not updated the time that they open here.

What the hell is going on? Why would you only be open until 6pm???!!! First y'all stopped being open late, then you just shut down, and now you are open but never when anyone can get some quick dinner? This is ridiculousness. This used to be my favorite place to grab some grub late night. Now it's only open when I don't want food or when I'm at work.

Don’t waste your time even trying to go here. They have “re-opened” and allegedly are “open to the public” yet EVERY TIME you go, even when it says online that they’re open, even though signs are lit up in windows SAYING the Drive Thru is open, IT IS NOT OPEN! You will arrive to find the doors locked, chairs up on tables, and a traffic cone blocking the drive thru. This is the WORST and LEAST RELIABLE location EVER. THEY ARE NOT OPEN, DO NOT BELIEVE GOOGLE. YOU WILL OTHERWISE WASTE TIME AND GAS TO DISCOVER THIS!!!

I went through drive up and ordered, So obviously I’m driving, my hamburger was so messy I couldn’t even pick it up without getting cheese all over me I couldn’t even unwrap it because of the mess to top it off no napkins. I had to go home to eat it.
