Mcdonald's In Spr - Walterville

The food was traditional McDonald's fare, but for some reason the service was unusually slow. I really couldn't tell what was going on. We went inside and the staff was friendly and courteous. But for some reason they couldn't get the product out. I did notice that there was a lot of people in the lobby being mean to the staff because of the slow service and incorrect orders. I'm not sure if that's the way people normally act around here, but it was uncalled for. There was a special needs person working with the staff, but I don't think he was the reason everything was slow. In fact he was very polite and kept asking us if there was anything he could do for us.
