Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received in my entire life! As someone who spent years in the food industry before going to health care, I'm accustomed to ppl being rude to some degree, but this was absolutely ridiculous! I'm generally patient and understanding when it comes to restaurants, knowing firsthand how it can be. I've literally received nasty food, been overcharged, and not refunded, delt with slighty rude customer service before, and I waited extra long periods of time from this establishment... never once complained, tonight was beyond excusable from the kitchen staff.
