City Bites - Warr Acres

Normally I have a pretty good food and customer service here. But today I called in an order for two mesquite spuds, got there ten minutes later, and waited in the lobby while I heard the entire 4 person team in the kitchen socializing about lottery tickets. I was the only customer. Got home with my food and there was NO JOKE a half inch of grease in the container, my potato barely stayed in the container because it was literally swimming in grease, if the potato itself was lighter, it would have floated. Used to come here a lot, but the lack of customer service care and lackluster food, I?ll just make it myself for a third of the price. Would not recommend.

Beware of ordering online. I ordered two kids sandwiches that were advertised as coming with turkey, tomatoes, lettuce, cheese but we only got turkey and bread. I called to notify the location and spoke with the manager (I think her name was Shay) and she said that's just how the kids sandwiches came. This is false advertising. Also, I paid for avocado and bacon on my sandwich and the avocado was missing. I wasn't even offered a refund for that. Make sure you check your sandwiches before you leave the store.

I had a Philly cheese steak of them today on all wheat bread and it was just FIRE! That was a delicious sandwich!

My favorite food place is always good and their gluten-free rolls look different from gluten, so I will never accidentally eat a gluten sandwich

Personally, a few months ago, town bite at 39. Fast road and macarthur had more female employees who invited the environment more and perky the potatoes that were served always on point. I love city bite Mesquite Truthahn spuds just this time my order on both spuds were overly marinated with greedy and butter, which I have not since gone back. I'll just see if they've improved.
