Dunkin' - Warren

At 4am there was one associate. There were like 7 cars in the drive thru at one time and she was really struggling. I told her she was a doing a great job even though she made everything wrong. She was very very sweet and 1. Should be recognized for hertrying her best and 2. They should definitely make sure more than 1 person is an the restaurant at a time. Thank you

(Went into the store due to possible vehicle height restriction. Was waited on by a new employee who was flawless in every aspect, but was evident only when I overheard her ask another how to make a drink. (Better to ask than to be wrong for thecustomer- the result was absolutely consistent with DD's standards.

Normally this would not post, but they were very unprofessional! I went for an interview, they had no idea who I was. they give me an order to fill in. I take about 10 minutes to fill it, I come to theke and this lady says you can go and they will be in touch tomorrow. I explained I expected an interview, she's going on, and comes back and says the manager has to call you tomorrow. I never got a call the next day. I wait until the day after and I call, never got to answer, call them back tomorrow for another manager. I never called back! I went out of that to show up for a planned interview, I have passed 3 other dd on my way and these people have not even treated me with a common courtesy! has not given me any explanation, no single call! I had never had a future job that did this before, and it was by far the most disappointing interview I've ever experienced! very disrespectful! that was on Thursday 9th juni 2022!

I use to love this store. Had a very long weekend looking forward to my coffee I always order with no cream and make sure it’s repeated back. Today the lady on the headset caught an attitude because she said my order back but didn’t say anything about the cream so I kindly said “an no cream” obviously that was too much to say, hunny if you hate your job this much go somewhere else so you don’t ruin other peoples mornings.

I love dunkin donuts they have in my opinion surpassed Starbucks in quality and in price.
