Feedback gevenThey had only one trace open and it took forever to get yr food and our command was wrong. assumed it was easy and it had tartat sauce and be on it. then they gave my change bk not from 50. I had to tell them. very unorganized.
The girl in the window had not paid the whole night and then our order messed up and we waited long. she forgot to give us our drinks, straw and sauce. not good service.
Idk about them all, but I know how to say the difference quite well, so I'm not sure how it messes up.
What grinds my gears is I’m not here to make you guys look good I’m here to get food. If there is NO LINE don’t make your customers pull off to the side to save your drivethru time. Own up, work faster or have management hire more help. Next time I will refuse and be that Karen if no one is behind me. Also with all the “EXTRA” time you get how about you give me both my hamburgers and not forget my soda.Yours truly,Annoyed Customer
We live locally and understand how busy this particular McDonald's can be BUT too many times we have given an order and it's wrong or we put in a mobile order, pay for it and after 30 min no order comes out but you can't go in to speak to anyone because the lobby closed. It isn't worth stopping here. Go to Stewart's or subway in town to get a hot meal or good sub that's made right without the wait
