Taco Bell Express - Warrensburg

I pulled into this Taco Bell location this afternoon about 12:50 PM. The drive thru was backed up by at least 10 cars so I parked on the opposite side and went to the door, locked. Then to the next door: locked. There were people in the dining room eating so I continued all the way around to the south side and entered. It took about a minute before a guy came up to me. I thought he was going to take my order, but obviously I was mistaken. He said, pointing at a cash register, this one isn 't working and the other one is ONLY for drive thru, so you will have to order at the kiosk! I thought for a moment: but if I order at the kiosk and choose to pay cash (which I do choose), according to his statement, he would not be able to take my payment on the drive thru only terminal! If he could, then why the heck wouldn 't he just have taken my order? I just said 'I guess I have to eat somewhere else. ' I doubt he heard it, because he walked away immediately after blowing me off. Heads up customers: This taco bell does NOT want your business unless you do ALL of the order processing for them and pay with a credit card, OR sit in a 10 car back up in the drive thru burning expensive gasoline or diesel, and polluting the environment! I pass thru here regularly, but this crappy treatment is a 'one done ' for me! When a restaurant literally refuses to take your order, specifically because you are at their open counter and not in their drive thru, there is a serious management failure!

They're so good at what they do! Quick and nice! But it's expensive and bad for you ?They're so good they make me wanna keep getting it even though it isn't good for me

The Soda sometimes had a strange taste to it or even could be wrong! However the food is really good and personally I really only went here for the Baja Blast. I was pleased!

Like all taco bells the food is fast and does taste pretty good. The help was friendly and helpful at this site.
