If zero stars were an option, that’d be my pick. Kids drinks came out missing 2 ingredients listed on the menu in both of them… fine. I was ok looking the other way on that considering the rest of the sugary ingredients. But then, both kids meals came out missing side dish “sliced watermelon” per menu), ask server about it and told us she was going to go check. Took *forever*, finally came back to table to say they were “cutting the watermelon”. Waited forever…again… and no side dish in sight, just asked for check to get moving. Got the whole “sorry” story in hopes not to get dinged on the tip I’m sure) and no discount for the missing food. Then trying to grab a drink at bar later was just as bad. 2 bartenders behind bar but one seemed to be closing out. The other one was taking orders out of turn and took forever. Bathrooms were horrendous… like gag. One stall full of toilet paper overflowing from the toilet bowl. Paper towel and toilet paper all over the floors and no paper towels in either dispenser to dry hands. Get your act together Main Event.

I reserved a birthday party at this location, ended up cancelling well before the scheduled date, and they failed to issue me a refund of my deposit. When I followed up for complaint, they only issued me a partial refund and then ignored my messages. The manager ended up telling me I would have to come in to the building for assistance. Poor management and poor customer service! Be cautious if you book a party here

This place is very ghetto, never seen such a ghetto place in this area ever. People were smoking cigarettes in the bathroom

Very nice and affordable place for kids adults parties

Unfortunate experience as I've been here years ago and had an amazing time. Many arcade games are broken or partially operable, short staffed/slow service, warped bowling lanes, and damaged bowling balls. I fully blame management... the employees we did meet were actually working super hard but had literally no support. Took 40 min to get an order of fries and nachos. I could go on and on but long story short, this place is not worth the time or money. The space has tons of potential but if management continues to neglect their role I'd say this place mau as well change their name from main event to last resort...
