Feedback gevenI have dined at this restaurant twice before and the BBQ chicken pizza is delicious. Although they do not have a dedicated oven for gluten-free items, the staff follows a specific process to minimize cross-contamination. They wash their hands, use a dedicated gluten-free pizza tray, and select a gluten-free base. However, there is a slight risk of contamination as the cheese and ingredients for all pizzas are added by hand from the same cheese pot. The gluten-free pizzas are always placed at the top of the oven and trays, and are marked with a label stating "Gluten Free" before being boxed. The fries are cooked in a separate fryer for fries only. Gluten-free garlic bread is also available, although I have not tried it. The staff is very knowledgeable and attentive.
