Feedback gevenFirst, I wanna say I love me some papa johns, and I don't really leave reviews for places, but I straight up got the worst case of food poisoning from here I've had in my life. 4/13/24 was the last time I will likely ever eat papa johns, and I may not even be able to eat pizza again period for God knows how long, and that's really upsetting cuz it's my comfort food. Idk if it was the sauce, or that new world pepperoni, or what but my family got sick too. Just not as bad as me, and I pretty much ate all those pepperoni bites myself. After seeing me, some friends of ours said they got sick a couple weeks ago from here. I've also had upset stomachs before from here but ignore it cuz I love it so much. Never again.. within 30 min 1 hr after eating i started feeling sick. I vomited all night and then had the runs for 3 days. My microbiome is pissed, be warned
By far the worst store I’ve ever ordered from. Put in an order for delivery and nothing updated for 30 minutes. Called the store and they claimed the order was never placed even though I had an email confirmation and money taken out of my account. The manager lied and said it was at another store, called them they said they had no idea what they were talking about. Called back and manager just talked in circles and literally did nothing about it. Also claimed they had no idea what the corporate number was but then said they wouldn’t give it to us. Do they just hire managers off the street?
Apparently if you choose delivery, the use door dash. Our pizza was over an hour late. I offered to even come and pick up the pizza and was told they couldn't change the order to pick up because papa johns was using door dash to deliver their pizzas. So frustrating!!
First of all, I love the food and my local papa johns. However, my issue is with the call center. And everyone knows it's not the local store. It's pretty clear they are reading off a sheet. Ordering food should be personable. Instead I feel like I'm on the phone with the IRS. And its helpful with communication when you are actually talking to someone at the store. This is my only complaint with PapaJohns.
Ordered from home for convenience and online said it was ready at 7:33. We arrived at 7:40 to pick up and our pizza had been lost . Still sitting here at 8:02. Throw in a little something complimentary when you waste someone 's time and might not get a poor review.
