Feedback gevenUpon arriving at the restaurant, we were informed that they no longer use OpenTable for reservations, despite their website directing us to do so. During our visit, there was a young boy playing with toy cars in the middle of the floor for most of the time. We had to search for our own silverware and when we requested ketchup, the staff member told us it was already on our table, although it was not. Overall, the experience was disappointing in terms of service and communication.
Upon arriving at our reserved time, we were informed that their reservation tablet was malfunctioning and there was a 30-minute wait for a table. This was very disappointing.

If I could start 0, I would. the server was first friendly and attentive. the positive experience remained there. we waited an hour for our dinner, although we were one of two tables in the dining room. When our food finally arrived, the wings were room temperature, and one could say by the resistance of the sose, they had sat under the heat for a considerable time. When the manager came to talk to us, she was unapologetic, and was only interested in defending herself and the kitchen. the manager offered to revive the wings (although irresistible) but we waited 15 minutes after 5 minutes for them. when we left (without our restored wings), we heard the manager and server who spoke wisely about the ordeal in very unprofessional. the manager said she would give us a discount (what we never asked), on which the server replied “Yes, but they know people, they will only complain until they get something.” unnecessary to say we will not be back, and I recommend them to spend their money elsewhere.
I was delivered to the number of wings and the meal would have been more appetit if she had just left completely out of the celery and carrots, as the excuse for sweets they were included were clearly a few days from the date.
