We went to Pentecost brunch in the mill restaurant. We did not find breakfast or lunch really good. Bread and sausage selection might have been bigger. The little lunch dish was really nothing special, the chicken dry (at all who had ordered it) and the noodles quite bite-resistant (ok is a question of taste). The other dishes were okay, but not overwhelming. The appetizers and desserts have stabbed that were really good. The rest is okay. Must say I was hungry from the restaurant, that must be something. As a result, it is not worth 51 euros per person, which I find very bad. I promised the price for high quality food. At least the children cost up to 12 years only as old as they are, which I don't understand, because they don't really eat at 13 anymore. I don't think we're back. Too bad.
In the evening there was dinner with my family. We had tolerable summer weather and enjoyed the surprise menu in the yard. Food intolerances are also taken into account. It was again a tasteful experience, I can highly recommend the upscale gastronomy.
The truffled Tagliatelles were al dente. The oxen cheek broke on the tongue and also the final cheese selection convinced. Good wine recommendations very suitable.
