Feedback gevenI went to Burger last night at 1:50-2:00 to bring me and my wife a meal to the worst experience I ever had. At first, when I went into this facility, it was never welcomed, I waited for a few minutes to see if someone would take my order, so I decided to use the self-service machine. When I'm on the machine for a few minutes, a gentleman goes to me and tells me I have five minutes to place the order because it?re about to shut down with the location clearly says 3 o?clock that the close. I understand exactly if it was about 15 minutes before you conclude that you no longer have orders in, but we? after an hour before you close, I felt completely hurried. Then I asked the lady for help on the kiosk and she gets an attitude. I ordered a medium-sized well to drink, but she tells me that I get two coke from the refrigerator and the cashier tells me that this is in the fridge on the Soda machine, just grab a lime. I just want to say that this is not the way you should be much better with customer service than this place just makes me feel that I don't want to buy here anymore. And we didn't even get into the food sector, but sandwiches badly made pommes were almost raw. This place has to do much better there? so much potential only terrible staff.
Today the second day is in a row where I went from this place without food, despite paying $17.06 for a meal (and they still have my money! . I ordered yesterday online and when I was there, was said they closed early for the holiday. Intelligible, I guess, but nowhere was the change of hours written (neither on their website or on Google . Worse is that their online order system allowed me to place the order first and they took my money! When the owner arrived to get himself, he told me he couldn't eat with me, gave me a gift card and told me I'd come back every day this week. Well, I went back the next day and explained the situation of the person in the cash register. (Unsafe, the owner wasn't there. She took my order and tried to exchange the gift card. Surprise, the gift card has not been activated. She couldn't serve me even though the restaurant still has my money. She tried to call the owner who conveniently didn't pick up the phone. At first I was told that I should come back 5 later this week to talk to the owner who only works then, apparently. I explained that this was an inappropriate request for a person who works typical hours in an office. Then I was told that they would call me back when the owner came back to his employees. But anyway, no food. I suppose I should have asked for a refund for the first time, but I was optimistic that they would look forward to their promise. Now I know what kind of business I'm dealing with with it's just one that 't has its act together, it's also one that 't can help their employees customers; the checkout explained that they 't do everything without the owner (they could serve me despite I had an entrance from the day before, and they could give me a refund. I kept telling her that this was not her fault and that I was not annoyed with her, but the fact that no one could help me without the owner being present, especially after I was told that I received a gift card to pay for my next order was not only incredibly uncomfortable, but also quite annoyed. At this point I want a refund and nothing more, because I will not be back!
As the guy said they didn't bacon on my chicken and bacon sandwich I got a grilled chicken and it was quite tasty that they put the blows on them and just don't put my bacon on them, but the people in there have a stank posture imma go to somewhere else next time. Good to know how they are!
These chicken sandwiches were delicious. The frits are good as long as they're hot.
Ordered Premium Chicken tenders that were horrible. Nothing premium at all. Barely even chicken. The milkshake was ok. The ranch was disgusting
