Feedback gevenI just cannot understand why the service at McDonalds is consistently terrible at best. Employees here have terrible attitudes and cannot get an order correct. Ticket times at this specific location are extremely slow on their best days. Meanwhile Chik-fil-A gets every order correct, has positive attitude driven employees, and extremely fast ticket times.
Called and asked for bat mobile disappointed to the horrible disrespect 1 star.
This particular location needs a lot of work. Everything feels coated in a layer of grease. It’s somehow modern and in need of remodeling at the same time. There is something wrong with our order more often than not and the staff is usually loud and talking to each other rather than helping customers. Expect long waits.Parking: Clearly designed for drive thru efficiency and parking was an afterthought.
No one is accountable to check orders at the window anymore. They just hand it off to you without the slightest confirmation of what's in the bag. But they got their pay raise. So worth it! Called the hotline to discuss the missing items in the bag and was told I would be reimbursed. Still nothing a week later. Avoid this location.
The Manager on-site, Destiny , was very helpful and kept her team positive while they experienced operational issues, I believe their CO2 was disrupted so the soda machines and hydraulics for the grills stopped working, she also had an employee walk off but kept her cool, very impressive manager.Thank you!
