This charming little café is primarily intended for the employees of the building, as it is located in the basement. Keeping that in mind, the food is quite delicious. They offer a variety of lunch staples, including sandwiches, bagged chips, and a daily soup special. Additionally, they serve dumplings accompanied by rice. There is a respectable selection of vegetarian options, including some delightful vegetarian dumplings and a vegan veggie wrap.

My favorite spot for breakfast sandwiches in DC! The food is delicious, satisfying, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend it. Just a heads up: they're located on the lower level of the building, so it can be a bit tricky to find—you'll need to take the elevator.
