With that being said, I found the food to be very tasty. I had the crispyherb wings, black sticky rice, and Thai iced tea. Everything I had was good. The staff seemed nice. They could have a betterThai beer selection. All in all, I think this place is worth a try if you happen to be in the area.
Absolutely delicious chicken Pad Thai right inside (one of the doors of Union Market! I?ve been to Thailand a few years ago and eating here at Som Tam definitely brought me back to all those great memories, it?s amazing how food can do that. The onlyrecommendation is to offer Chang beer however a Singha paired nicely with my meal. Highly recommend these noods ;

I demolished the food before I could get a picture but this was hands down the best chicken pad Thai I’ve ever tasted in Washington DC! Full of flavor, just the right amount of sauce to the noodle and the hint of spice added to the side was a kiss I never thought I needed. The chicken was still juicy Very sweet staff as well. Worth the winter walk from Capitol Hill
