The Blacksmith - Washington

Went to dinner with another couple, the soup was really good, our steaks were cooked just how we ordered them the sides had really good flavor and the bread pudding was great(which I normally do not like). One the best parts of the experience was the staff. Our waitress was friendly and attentive which is hard to find lately. Over all it was a very good experience.

Great place, good food, atmosphere and service. I was there several times over the last 3 years and had a great experience every time. Very recommend this facility!

The wrought's steakhouse is a hidden gem in Washington Square. Reservations are recommended as there was a 45-minute waiting time when we arrived at 7:00 on Friday night. Our meal consisted of the broschetta for a starter, salads with the house creamy garlic dressing, petite fillet mignon w/ a loaded baked potato and grilled chicken breast with a balsamic glaze and garlic crushed potatoes. Everything was absolutely delicious and the bill with a cocktail was just a little over $60 before the tip. Overall, the service, the atmosphere and the food were all the top notch and we will be back for another visit in the near future.

I'm here for the 73rd birthday... Food was excellent... atmosphere even better! Cool, lower restaurant and bar.

I'm a wild steak lover and this place delivers. Unique menu items and a great atmosphere. Cudos to the cook and all very pleasant staff. We'll come back on my next trip.
