The barista was super attentive and caught my mistake of asking for less cream on the Rosé. Definitely get normal or more cream for a iced coffee rosé. There is indoor and outdoor seating in the shop, with standard outlets available indoors to get your work done! I came back to get the Mint Mojito the House Way which did not disappoint! The Iced Mint Mojito is still by far my favorite I would come back again for another cup any day!
Philz coffee is good across the board. This being said, this location in particular has pretty lacking customer service. While waiting to place my order, the cashier casually walked off without acknowledging me. No big deal, but then I waited for 5 minutes with him milling about, at which point he said, I 'll be right with you. More time passes, and no acknowledgement. It 's not like they were wildly understaffed of busy either. It was just one guy ahead of me and something like 5 employees doing different things, and yet this guy couldn 't take my order. I eventually left as ordering coffee shouldn 't take 10 minutes in a shop that isn 't busy. There are plenty of coffee shops in DuPont Circle that are more responsive. I 'll be getting my coffee from them going forward.
Excellent cup of coffee! Fresh and made with precision!
Nice staff and location, but coffee is overpriced and not very good. I prefer some of the other coffee shops in the area.
The coffee was burnt and tasted awful. This is the bare minimum I expect from a coffee shop. I ordered a cream cheese bagel which I had to add the cream cheese myself. Why do we have to tip these people again? Barely passable as a service.
