Gravitas - Washington, D.C.

Amazing experience. I can't recommend this place enough. It is inspired, well made, a slightly refined taste of Edgie, and a great celebration of culinary art in a comfortable environment. Think about Se Licht when it was in a camp and Jeans allowed.

Excellent food/wine experience and service. I made a small request to a birthday “Kuchen” for my partner perhaps never did it; yet, not to the detriment of the meal.

Food was good, but it took 3 hours to serve us all our dishes. I wish it didn't take so long. Not sure I would spend the money there again.

Food was creatively prepared and served. Expensive five course meal, but worth ONE try.

My birthday dinner was excellent and they made me feel so special. A culinary experience is the only way to describe dinner at Gravitas!
