Jimmy John's - Waterford

Fast? about an hour to get my subs. I called the load a few rude girls answering. she says the driver has forgotten the address and had to go back to the load to get it. then hangs on me right now, but I'm literally a mile out of the load so that doesn't explain why it took over an hour to get 3 subs. our brot was soggy. absolutely unacceptable

Occasional mistakes like most restaurants... Sadly I have found things on my sub that should not have been there. I assume both times it must have been crumbs on the counter or bins from the Jimmy peppers ?

Had a great experience. Workers very nice. Thai wrap very good?

Placed the original order for delivery. Manager called me back asking if I wanted to tip the driver, since the new employee forgot to ask. Weird. Got my meal, wrong order was delivered. Called back, sure thing new order on the way after a little bit of pushback. New order isn’t here 30 mins later. Call back, oh it’ll be on its way soon. Few minutes go by, manager calls back says it ain’t coming. Lol waste of time.

Great place, good sandwiches, good workers, I go there pretty much everyday
