Pizza Express - Waterford

I have been a regular customer at Pizza Express for 6 years and the experience has always been phenomenal. From the friendly employees to the efficient administration, everyone at the restaurant is amazing. Recently, I had an emergency situation and called the restaurant hoping for an apology over the phone, but they were out of their delivery area. Despite that, the staff member on the phone immediately recognized me and went above and beyond to deliver my order to me as I was stuck at home with my sick baby. I can't thank them enough for their exceptional customer service. Pizza Express has definitely gained a lifelong customer in me and I will never order pizza from anywhere else.

The subs and pizza at this restaurant are amazing. The prices are incredibly reasonable, I was pleasantly surprised. There is also a wide selection to choose from.

I have ordered delivery from this restaurant multiple times and my pizza has never arrived. The last time, I placed my order an hour in advance so I understand why it may have been missed, but they should have either declined the order or called to inform me that they couldn't deliver. I even left my apartment door open for them to easily find, but still received no communication. The pizza itself is delicious, but the service is terribly lacking.

I have visited many pizza places across the United States in over 40 states. I have spent a lot on pizza and also spent a little, but this place stands out as the largest pizza place I have ever visited in the country. I have eaten at over 250 pizza places in my lifetime, and this place is definitely one of the best. It is a family-run establishment with amazing toppings, incredibly fresh and delicious pizza. The service is always fast and efficient, with no long waits. The location is convenient and easy to access. It's hard to believe that they can offer a medium pizza with tax for just over seven dollars that tastes so heavenly. Pizza is life, and my life is better when I eat their pizza.

By far the best pizza place ever! Worth the drive all the way from Grand Rapids. I really wish they had a location on the west side of the state.The white cheese dip and dill dip is my favorite!
