Feedback gevenIf I could rate this place with zero stars, I definitely would. I've visited several times, and each time, the manager has been completely ineffective. I had to drive home without gas because of their poor attitude. If you don't want to be at work, then why show up? The staff is rude and unprofessional, and they refuse to take even a moment to make things right. If something doesn’t go their way, they simply don’t care. Save yourself the trouble and don’t buy gas here. I've been a loyal customer for years, but this situation has become unacceptable. Better management is absolutely necessary.
The short, dark-haired punk employee, Cash, displayed the most unprofessional and rude behavior I've ever encountered in a restaurant. I witnessed her verbally harassing one customer and being unnecessarily rude to another, only to turn around and act sweet to someone else. This feels like profiling to me. I've decided to take my business elsewhere. Management should definitely look into this situation.
I visited Speedway Cafe at 3510 Elizabeth Lake Rd, Waterford Twp, MI 48328, at 9:10 PM on July 30th, hoping to order a pizza using the automated screen. However, I was approached by a female staff member who appeared upset that the screen was still on, and she canceled my order. When I inquired about their usual closing time, she told me it was 10 PM but then stated she had decided to close early. I really don’t understand why they have posted hours if the staff can just close whenever they choose, and why they treat customers this way when they ask questions.
The restaurant could do a better job supporting their employees to ensure that loyal customers have a positive experience. I used to visit regularly, spending a significant amount of money there, but I've found myself going less often. The service has been inconsistent, and the staff seems unhappy. While some employees are great, many don’t seem to care about customer experience. There needs to be a more personal touch, as it feels too corporate and detached. I’ve noticed other loyal customers leaving as well. It’s disappointing because when employees are treated well, it reflects in their service and leads to happier customers. Please, invest in your staff and create a better environment for everyone!
Speedway profile all their associates as thieves when their related or friends work there they can not serve them all their employees as thieves
